Ibtissam Jadir, born in Tangier, is an experienced educator, translator, and public relations professional with a deep-rooted commitment to cross-cultural exchange and academic excellence. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics, Management, and Sustainable Development from the National School of Business and Management in Tangier and a Translator’s Degree from the King Fahd School of Translation, specializing in Arabic-French and English. Her academic pursuits include an enriching stay at La Haute École Francisco Ferrer in Brussels, Belgium.

A multilingual educator and cultural bridge-builder, Ibtissam leverages her mastery of four languages in her role as an Arabic instructor at the University of New England's Tangier campus. With eight years of teaching excellence, she expertly fosters cross-cultural dialogue and understanding. As the Communications Officer and official translator at Abdelmalek Essaâdi University in Tetouan, Morocco, she strategically enhances the institution's global presence and cultivates vital partnerships.

Her profound impact on translation and cultural journalism is evidenced through her work translating four books between Arabic, French, and English.
